Job Title: Installation Crew/ Event Support

Are you seeking a role that seamlessly blends precision, artistry, and collaboration within a dynamic team? We’re currently seeking Floral Installation & Events Support Crew to join the Lavender Green team. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to reimagine floral structures while meticulously delivering and installing exquisite floral displays at some of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious venues.
The position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 42.5 hours per week on a rotational basis. This schedule includes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as early morning and late-night shifts.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the event industry
- A foundational understanding of floral design.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Confidence in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- A self-starter and good communicator
- Have a good knowledge of London by road would be an advantage
- Physical Capability to lift heavy loads
This role is incredibly diverse, ranging from installing weekly contract arrangements to orchestrating large-scale events and weddings. As part of the position, company vehicles are provided, so experience driving large vehicles (such as Luton vans) is essential. You’ll need a clean driving license, no criminal convictions, and the right to live and work in the UK.
Requirements:
Drivers must be over 25 to comply with our insurance policies.
Compensation:
From £15.00 per hour, depending on experience level. Includes pension contributions and additional benefits
Work Schedule:
- Day and night shifts.
- Regular Monday to Friday work with overtime opportunities.
- Weekend work is a key component of this role.
Location Requirements:
Candidates should be able to commute to or consider relocating close to Windsor, Berkshire.
Preferred Experience:
A background in driving for at least 1 year is preferred.
