Not your typical warehouse job!
Lavender Green is looking for a practical, hardworking Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Windsor as a seasonal worker for the busy run to Christmas.
You’ll help us prepare, pack, load and dismantle the flowers, props, plants and event pieces that bring our designs to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working as part of a team and seeing the finished result of what they’ve helped create.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll:
- Prepare and load flowers, props and event equipment at our Windsor studio.
- Work with venue and event teams to make sure everything is delivered properly.
- Unpack, dismantle, clean and return to storage equipment returned after events.
- Help prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
Solve practical problems when plans inevitably change.

The reality of event work
Events aren’t always 9–5.
Our rota includes early mornings, late finishes and weekend work, so flexibility is important.
In return, you will be working as a key part of a brilliant team on the most amazing events.
