For five days only, Lavender Green Flowers in Chelsea will be transformed into an immersive, multi-sensory floral wonderland, presenting a visitors’ experience like no other for Londoners and tourists alike. In celebration of the start of the great British summer, launching on 22 May coinciding with Chelsea in Bloom and RHS Chelsea Flower Show, is ‘For The Love of Flowers’
Launching on 22 May – coinciding with Chelsea in Bloom and the fantastic RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which attracts visitors from all over the world – is For The Love Of Flowers. This immersive, ticketed floral experience is being created by Lavender Green, renowned for its world-class floristry, event management, creative direction and styling skills. Three decades of experience and award-winning show window displays mean that the team can bring together every visual and olfactory element of an event, as well as production, staging, lighting and more. Transforming their basement- that stretches beneath The Kings Road, into a multi-sensory wonderland of everything that flowers can offer.
Upon arrival guests will enter a whole new whimsical world, peering “down the rabbit hole”, to a mysteriously mossed haven below covered in roots, rocks and branches. As they pass living walls and journey around the various botanical spaces, mist will tumble around their feet, with the sweet scent of flowers and the sounds of bees buzzing and wind rippling…
Venturing through all the individual enchanting areas, each of which will have been designed specifically to celebrate the wonder and staggering beauty of nature, they will pass floral works of art and discover specially commissioned hand-painted murals around every corner…
