Delivery	Our Lavender Green team hand deliver orders using our own fully electric van, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly approach for all of our local customers. Your bouquet will be hand-tied, aqua-packed, and finished with our signature luxury wrapping. Additionally, any ‘In the Home’ items will receive special care, being bubble-wrapped and finished with our distinctive tissue paper. For areas not covered by our local team, we rely on the reliable courier service provided by APC. Our national delivery service extends across England, Wales, and Scotland (please note delivery times for Scottish postcodes may be longer due to distance and local restrictions). When your flowers arrive, they’ll be beautifully presented in our Lavender Green boxes, thoughtfully packed with a water bag to maintain their freshness. London Deliveries – for same day London deliveries order before 1pm with guaranteed delivery Monday-Saturday. National Deliveries – available for next day delivery when ordered before 2pm (Delivery available Tuesday-Saturday).
Substitutions	Please note that if a product element pictured is unavailable for any reason, then our team of expert florists will substitute the item for a flower of the same or higher monetary value. If you have very specific requirements regarding flower content, then please call our head office in order for us to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. As this is a naturally occurring product, there will be a slight size and colour variation throughout the season.
Care	Your Lavender Green flower delivery is sourced directly from responsible growers, ensuring the freshest blooms. To prolong their beauty, follow these steps: – Re-cut the stems at a 45° angle to encourage better water retention. – Place the stems in a clean vase with freshly-drawn, lukewarm water as soon as possible. – Remove any leaves that sit below the water line. – Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, extreme temperatures and avoid placing flowers near any fruit. – Regularly change the water to keep your flowers happy and healthy.
