Collection & Order Terms
- Pre-ordered bouquets must be collected on your selected ceremony date and time.
- Proof of order confirmation must be shown at collection.
- Bouquets cannot be amended, replaced, or customised on the day of collection.
- Any bouquets not collected during the allocated collection window will not be stored and may be donated to charity or disposed of.
- Due to fresh stock preparation, all orders are final and non-refundable.
