Collection & Order Terms
- Pre-ordered bouquets must be collected on your selected ceremony date and time.
- You will need to provide your name and order confirmation to collect your bouquet. Their will be drops tables at the entrance to each auditorium door to leave the flowers during the ceremony.
- Bouquets cannot be amended, replaced, or customised on the day of collection.
- Any bouquets not collected during the allocated collection window will not be stored and may be donated to charity or disposed of.
- Due to fresh stock preparation, all orders are final and non-refundable.
