Virtual Wedding Consultations at Lavender Green Flowers

At Lavender Green Flowers we are determined to keep things moving with our wedding planning in the safest way we can. After a series of successful trials, we are delighted to announce that we will now be carrying out virtual wedding consultations!

HOW IT WORKS …

We want to ensure that this experience closely replicates that of what a bride and groom would receive when at our Chelsea store, but from the comfort of their own home – mums welcome too. Sue and Bryony will use the consultation time to really get to know the couple and the look and feel that’s important to them.

Prior to the call, the couple will be asked to share details such as photos of the dress, a link to their Pinterest board, any photos of designs they love, key details such as timings. We will then discuss key buzzwords, colourways, recommended flowers and finish by viewing the sketch for your bouquet. This will be followed up with a bespoke quotation

HOW LONG DOES THE CONSULTATION LAST?

Once all information has been gathered prior to the call you will then be invited to a Zoom call at an agreed time and date. This call will last between 30 – 40 minutes.

Lavender Green Flowers has, and always will be, a company that cares. We care about our industry, our staff, our clients and our future, and there has never been a time when the need for this has been more apparent. We have survived some really tough times over the last 30 years of trading, and we are confident that we can survive this one, however, it won’t be without its ‘bruises’. The safety and well-being of our fantastic team at Lavender Green Flowers is paramount, and we have been monitoring the situation closely for some time, following government guidance and implementing practices to ensure that they are safe. To this end, many of the team are now working from home and we have temporarily closed our much-loved store, aiming to re-open as soon as it is safe to do so.

Standing together in this dark time we can proudly say that we are devoted to doing whatever it takes to pull this company through, with our fabulous team right by our side.

It goes without saying that our beloved events industry has been one of the worst affected, and we wish each and every one of you, our friends, safe navigation through these next few weeks and months.

We are continuing to operate, albeit from home, with our passionate, creative team focussing on a positive future, and so we invite you to contact us with any questions you may have, proposals you may need, advice or ideas… we would love to hear from you all. Events, Weddings and Celebrations are very much a part of the future, it’s what we all love to do and the show will go on!
