Rooted in the history of Staffordshire pottery, his pieces echo the spirit of 18th-century makers such as Ralph Wood and Thomas Whieldon, vessels that delight in their humour and life.
Working from a converted Victorian railway station, Paul creates ceramics that are at once familiar and fresh. Each piece carries the warmth of handcraft and the spontaneity of imagination.
With over twenty-five years dedicated to clay, Paul continues to explore the balance between tradition and individuality, producing work that feels whimsical and joyous. His ceramics invite the viewer to share in that enduring sense of wonder and delight that first drew him to the potter’s wheel.

Clean with a damp sponge avoiding any abrasive materials and chemicals that may leave permanent damage. Ensure to dry the base of the vase before placing on any surfaces.
