We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Event Florist to join our Windsor team. This is a senior, hands-on role for a highly experienced florist who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and enjoys leading complex event builds. We are looking for someone ready for the next chapter in their career, stepping into a senior position where their experience, judgement and technical skill will help shape the workshop, support and develop the team, and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Leadership
• Lead the workshop floor on event build days, providing clarity and structure for the team
• Allocate responsibilities across projects to ensure efficient delivery
• Maintain exceptional design standards across all work leaving the studio
• Oversee complex mechanics and large-scale installations
• Ensure safe and organised workshop practices
Events & Installations
• Lead the delivery of significant events and high-end weddings
• Translate creative briefs into practical build plans
• Support event preparation from design through to installation
• Solve problems quickly and confidently during busy build periods
Team Development
• Support and mentor junior florists through demonstration and guidance
• Help maintain a focused, collaborative workshop environment
• Work closely with the Floristry Manager to protect standards and workflow
Product & Sustainability
• Maintain strong product awareness and attention to stem accuracy
• Support quality control of incoming flowers and materials
• Champion seasonality and sustainable sourcing within designs
What We Are Looking For
• 15+ years’ professional floristry experience
• Extensive experience delivering high-end events or weddings
• Strong technical and mechanical floristry knowledge
• Proven ability to lead workshop teams and complex builds
• Calm leadership under pressure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for craftsmanship and raising standards within the team
