The annual opening of the new Serpentine Pavilion was hosted by one of our prestigious corporate clients. This year’s structure was designed by Lisa Ghotmeh, inspired by the architect’s Mediterranean heritage. Named ‘Á Table’, the structure is a call to enter dialogue on sustainability and our relationship to Earth and nature. Embracing the time of year, seasonality, sustainability and the natural beauty of flowers in English summertime, the floral designs were bright and colourful including Eremurus, Peonies, Alliums, Hydrangea, Nigella, Craspedia, Sweet Peas, Guelder Rose and Dahlias.
To represent the architects heritage, florals with links to France and Lebanon such as Campanula, Jasmine and Snapdragon added the final touches to the designs. A statement floral canopy was installed over the central bar, overflowing with seasonal florals, alongside further statement designs for the entrance, the bars and to dress the space.
