Delivery	Our Lavender Green team delivers orders using our own fully electric van, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly approach for our local customers. Your wreath will be handmade and finished with our signature wrapping. Additionally, any ‘In the Home’ items will receive special care, being bubble-wrapped and finished with our distinctive tissue paper. For areas not covered by our local team, we rely on the reliable courier service provided by APC. Our national delivery service extends across England, Wales, and Scotland. When your flowers arrive, they’ll be beautifully presented in our Lavender Green boxes, thoughtfully packed with a water bag to maintain their freshness. London Deliveries – for same day London deliveries order before 1pm with guaranteed delivery Monday-Saturday. National Deliveries – available for next day delivery when ordered before 2pm (Delivery available Tuesday-Saturday).
Subsitutes	Please note that if a product element pictured is unavailable for any reason, then our team of expert florists will substitute the item for a element of the same or higher monetary value. If you have very specific requirements regarding element content, then please call our head office in order for us to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
