Junior Events Designer – Full Time

Location: Windsor / London
Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week
Reporting to: Sales Director & Senior Events Managers

The Role

As Junior Events Designer, you will support the design and delivery of exceptional floral events and weddings from concept through to installation. You’ll help the team bring briefs to life with beautiful proposals, mood boards and creative concepts, while also playing an active role in on-site execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, operations and floristry teams to ensure a seamless client experience, always representing the Lavender Green brand with creativity, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Create mood boards and proposal decks that align with the client brief and brand aesthetic
• Support with client enquiries and proposal administration
• Attend site visits and capture notes and images to inform design
• Support the team throughout the customer journey, from initial brief to post-event review
• Participate in installations and be present on-site to ensure delivery excellence
• Liaise with logistics teams and support on-the-day preparation
• Maintain a well-organised archive of creative assets and templates
• Develop a strong working knowledge of key venues
• Assist with post-event feedback and review processes
• Think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to enhance client proposals

Skills & Experience

• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Confident visual storyteller with a flair for design
• Warm, clear communicator with a polished and professional tone
• Client-facing and calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience using CRM systems for enquiry and pipeline tracking
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite or CAD a plus
• Interest in floristry, event design, fashion, interiors or luxury hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy in quoting and proposals
• Collaborative mindset with the initiative to work independently
• Able to support event setups and flexible with working hours

Additional Information

• Role is based in Windsor & London with regular travel to venue sites
• Early mornings, evenings or weekend work may be required for events
• Training and mentoring will be provided to support your growth
