I’m thinking of placing an order? Will you be able to make and deliver it?
Yes. Our dedicated team continue to operate as normal albeit on a much-reduced team. We are no longer taking face to face or walk in orders in either our Windsor or London branch and all orders should be directed to the phone or email, as above.
Could my delivery be delayed?
There is no reason why it might be, but on acceptance of your order we will make sure you are kept in the loop regarding a delivery window.
Are any of your workshops open?
All of our workshops both Windsor and London are temporarily closed to all customers. However, we will continue to monitor the situation and follow advice from the Government and World Health Organisation.
What steps are your delivery teams taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Whilst we’ve always been dedicated to being clean and tidy, our warehouse team and delivery drivers are doing all they can to ensure even higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Any TEAM member with symptoms of COVID-19 – or staff who live in a household with someone with symptoms – have been asked not to come into work. We are making the delivery of all products contactless and all packages will be left on the door or returned to us if it is not safe to do so and no one is in to accept. We will continue to follow guidelines and not break the social distancing guidelines so would ask you do the same please to protect our team.
If I am self-isolating. Can I still get my delivery?
The health and safety of our customers and our team is our primary concern. If you are self-isolating, we can deliver your item to your doorstep only as described above.
