Delivery	Our Lavender Green team delivers orders using our own fully electric van, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly approach for our local customers. Your bouquet will be hand-tied, aqua-packed, and finished with our signature wrapping. Additionally, any ‘In the Home’ items will receive special care, being bubble-wrapped and finished with our distinctive tissue paper. For areas not covered by our local team, we rely on the reliable courier service provided by APC. Our national delivery service extends across England, Wales, and Scotland. When your flowers arrive, they’ll be beautifully presented in our Lavender Green boxes, thoughtfully packed with a water bag to maintain their freshness. London Deliveries – for same day London deliveries order before 1pm with guaranteed delivery Monday-Saturday. National Deliveries – available for next day delivery when ordered before 2pm (Delivery available Tuesday-Saturday).
Substitutions	Please note that if a product variety pictured is unavailable for any reason, then our team of expert florists will substitute the item for a variety of the same or higher monetary value. If you have very specific requirements regarding variety content, then please call our head office in order for us to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. As this is a naturally occurring product, there will be a slight size and colour variation throughout the season.
