Based in Windsor, Berkshire, we are currently recruiting for a full time Sales Support Administrator to join our team.
Our new recruit will become an important member of the Sales Team, becoming the first point of contact for all incoming calls, and providing constant support to the Event Designers. The role will also take responsibility of all bouquet orders, and the candidate will gain knowledge about flowers, seasons and availability.
This role is a fantastic entry level into the exciting events industry. The role would be five days per week 9am-5.30pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The ideal candidate would have the below requirements:
-A confident and professional phone manner.
-Excellent written communication skills. Emails need to be friendly, helpful, and precise.
-Accuracy and exceptional organisational skills are essential.
-Ability to learn and understand new IT programs.
-Ability to think creatively, with an interest in design.
-Confident in working independently, as well as supporting a team.
-Ability to use one’s own Initiative but not frightened to ask questions.
-Good sense of humour.
